Dieses Großhandel ätherische Zitronengrasöl wird aus Cymbopogon gewonnen Citratus, auch als "Ölgras" bekannt, aus den frischen oder teilweise getrockneten Blättern durch Wasserdampfdestillation. Dieses Öl soll Müdigkeit bekämpfen und einen müden Körper und Geist erfrischen.

Es ist auch eine angenehm riechende Art, ein Haustier frei von Flöhen und Zecken zu halten. Zitronengras enthält Citral, das den Hauptgeschmack in Zitronenschalen liefert. Es wird angenommen, dass Zitronengrasöl Jetlag, Kopfschmerzen, nervöse Erschöpfung und Stress lindert. Es stärkt das parasympathische Nervensystem, um sich schneller von einer Krankheit zu erholen, und stimuliert die Drüsensekretionen. Es hilft, Muskeln und Gewebe zu straffen und somit Muskelschmerzen zu lindern. Es ist nützlich zur Behandlung von Halsschmerzen, Kehlkopfentzündung und Fieber und hilft, die Ausbreitung von Infektionen zu stoppen.

Es hilft bei Kolitis, Verdauungsstörungen und Gastroenteritis. Es klärt fettige Haut und reduziert übermäßiges Schwitzen. Es kann jedoch die Haut reizen, weshalb bei der Anwendung auf der Haut Vorsicht geboten ist. Vermeiden Sie die Verwendung während der Schwangerschaft.

Zitronengras ist ein mehrjähriges aromatisches Gras, das in Indien, wo es als Choomana Poolu bekannt ist, früher wild gewachsen ist.
